As a practice of Gratitude this class is donation based and all proceeds will be given to the nonprofit organization, Yoga Behind Bars. Yoga Behind Bars is a non-profit organization in Seattle that brings yoga and meditation classes to incarcerated youth and adults in Washington State as well as those at risk of entering the criminal justice system. www.yogabehindbars
