Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep and refers to the conscious awareness of the Deep Sleep state. In Yoga Nidra you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state and then progress into a deep sleep, yet all this is done while you remain awake. The state of yoga nidra is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Time spent in yoga nidra opens us to deeper clarity. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading us to supreme stillness and insight.
We invite you to come and allow Tina Templeman to guide you into a deeply restful and revitalizing practice. This restorative “inner body” yoga uses a series of guided visualizations and deep relaxation techniques to move beyond the conditioned mind into a state of expanded self-awareness. Access to the deeper realms of the mind allows us to release the sources of tension, anxiety, unwanted habits, and self-limiting beliefs and to awaken our greatest inner potential.
