The Be Luminous Coaches are here to support you as live your yoga off the mat. To this end, some coaches will hold office hours in May and June, and many will offer workshops throughout the year.

Join Lavonne Dorsey and Virginia Fink for coaching office hours during the months of May and June. Sing up for an appointment at the front desk, or drop by. They may just be open when you need them.
Lavonne Dorsey: Mondays, 1-5 pm
Virginia Fink: Fridays, 1-5 pm

30-Minute Coach
All you have is 30 minutes? No problem. Visit us during office hours or call for a special appointment at an introductory rate of $55 per session.
