Yoga Class Descriptions
One Studio. Two Practices. More Freedom.
At Be Luminous Yoga, we offer a host of complementary yoga styles to round out your experience, from heated Power Flow Classes to unheated Slow Flow.
Power Flow: Enjoy a consistently structured and athletically challenging class in our 85-90 degree Power Flow Classes. LV 1 is recommended to those new to yoga. LV 1-2 and LV 2 become increasingly more challenging.
Slow Flow: Appropraite for all levels, this class works slowly with room tempetaure heat so you can refine postures and work mindfully.
Restorative Yoga: Appropriate for all levels. This class is taught in the Yin Yoga tradition. Classes integrate the use of props with fewer poses held for longer durations. Relaxing and grounding.
Power Flow Intro Series: In this series of classes, you will learn to be safe and have fun with yoga. We break down the Power Flow sequence and philosphy step by step so you can modify and intensify the practice to fit your needs safely. Learn more on the New To Yoga Page.
Guided Meditation: Learn and use simple yoga breathing and mindfulness techniques to let go of stress so that you can take on the rest of your day with productive ease. No need to change your clothes. Come as you are and leave feeling re-energized, refocused and calm.
